Established in 1980 and the first of its
peers to be listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) in 2001, Ares now has
three branches in Taiwan (Taipei, Hsinchu and Taichung) and two in China
(Shanghai and Suzhou), with more than 400 employees: 330 in Taiwan and about 60
in China, while more than 350 employees are dedicated to R&D activities.
