Aoyama Jinlong winery produced sorghum
liquor was hand brewing (solid state fermentation) which is through three
distilled and three brewed of dry-fermentation. Due to handmade brewed, so each
winery brewed wines will with different taste according to temperature,
weather, conditions of water quality, technology heritage and the experience
difference.
